About

The company is created during 1997. It is privately owned by Petko Vichkov. Its office is located in Bulgaria, which is a part of European Union. At the same time, most of the products, partially or fully developed by the company are sold internationally. The following section will shortly present the 5 most important products of the company. Then in the section for current projects we will mark what we are currently engaged with and in the section for complete portfolio we will present in details with pictures all products that we ever worked on.

What we do

During the years Telenet created different software and hardware in various areas like PCB Prototyping, Motor control, Acoustics, Digital sygnal processing, Communications, X-Ray imaging.

PhPNP softwre for Pick & Place machine

Our latest project: PhPNP software for Pick and Place machine for prototyping (small quantities of PCBs). Our goal is a Pick and Place machine as easy to use as possible. With the possibility of mounting from 0201 to large LQFP or BGA chips (up to 40x40mm) with maximum precision. More here: PhPNP

ViewNoise accoustic camera

As an own product, Telenet Ltd is working on both hardware and software of an acoustic camera, named ViewNoise. Precizely, ViewNoise is a device, consisting of a video-camera and microphones array. It sends information to a software, which visualizes the sources of sound on the video background. More here: ViewNoise

PCB prototyping software

PCB prototyping software, together with several designed and developed by Telenet controllers, are working with different machines arround the world.

Gunshot localization system software

Telenet completed the software part of a system for gunshot detection and localization. The system is normally installed in protected areas in order to avoid poaching. Upon detection of a gunshot, the microphone stations send event information to the server. There, the location of the shooter is calculated and sent to the guards.

PH200 Computer telex system

Telenet manufactured telex box with Client/Server Communication System. It was used for sending and receiving telex messages through the public telex communication network.

PH2004 communication system

PH2004 is Client/Server Communication System for sending and receiving telexes, faxes, emails, SMS-s and voice calls (VoIP).

PhPNP - Pick & Place Machine

Pick & Place machine for PCB prototypes (small series PCB boards 1-10). The easiest to use PCB SMT machine. The software includes advanced digital video processing technologies to create the most user-friendly and refined user interface. More here: PhPNP

PCB Prototyping Software

Our software is specifically designed for PCB (Printed Circuit Board) prototyping, using desktop CNC machines. It now includes several common machining functions. Is is high quality software that is both extremely accurate and user friendly, with a very clear and simple to use interface utilizing pop-up menus, function buttons and high quality graphics.

2018 - 2025

PhESpindleStrl - Electronic Spindle Controller

Designed and developed to work with PCB prototyping machine with electrical tool change of the spindle. It opens and closes the spindle's collet when necessary.

2015 - 2025

CNC Motion Controller - 32 bit

This controller is dedicated for our PCB prototyping software and is a replacement of our 16 bit controller. It is working with PCB prototyping machine with USB connection. It is based on ARM M4F@150Mhz MCU (Freescale/NXP, Kinetis K60) with USB insulation. It is designed to work with PhSTdrive & PhACdrives.

2012 - 2025

PhSTdrive - Smart Stepper Drive

Smart DSP based stepper drive with closed loop dual servo (Linear and Rotary encoders) and temperature compensation. It works with our PCB prototyping software and PCB prototyping machine with linear scale and rotary encoder, but supports also "calibrated screw" mode (w/o linear scale). The internal resolution is 0.1um (0.004mil).

2010 - 2025

PhACdrive - Sensorless, AC&BLDC Drive

DSP based vector controled sensorless spindle drive for AC spindles (33mm Alfred Jaeger or SycoTec). Speed Range: 83.3Hz-2000Hz (5000-120000 RPM) or BLDC motors 3Hz-450Hz. Spindle's power rating: Up to 650W (10A).

2008 - 2015

CNC Motion Controller - 16 bit

CNC Motion Controller for our PCB prototyping software (USB). It is based on 16bit@30Mhz MCU (Freescale, S12). It is designed to work with PhSTdrive & PhACdrives.

ViewNoise software

ViewNoise is the software for our Acoustic Camera and Sound Source Localization and Separation System, which works under Windows 7/8/10 (x64). The ViewNoise software, the microphone array and the data acquisition controller have been developed as a single system. In offline mode, it is possible to comment on the recording and use slow motion with a frame rate of 24000 frames per second. More here: ViewNoise

PCB prototyping software

2007 - 2021

Our PCB prototyping software is specifically designed for PCB (Printed Circuit Board) prototyping, using different CNC machines. It now includes several common machining functions. Is is high quality software that is both extremely accurate and user friendly, with a very clear and simple to use interface utilizing pop-up menus, function buttons and high quality graphics.
The software has two modes of operation - the CAM mode and the CNC mode. The CAM mode is where you can open your files and edit the final layout of your prototype. Here, you can also specify the tools, which will be used when the prototype PCB is being produced by the machine. In the CNC Mode, the user can execute the programs that have been generated by the software to control the machine and some other advanced functions. Note that you can switch between the two modes at any time. With machine's video camera/microscope you will be able to measure and inspect your project.

List of available operations in the CAM mode:
File import - Gerber RS-274X files; Excellon Drill and Definition files; AutoCAD DXF 2D files; CAM350 files
Project files - Load / save / import project files (PHJ) in case of repeated projects machining
Object manipulations - Copy/ Delete/ Select/ Deselect/ Move/ Rotate/ Group/ Ungroup of objects and groups
Undo / Redo - Undo and redo for all object operations
Insulation - Insulation traces with up to 8 insulation tools
Rubout - Assign rubout regions. Rubout with up to 16 tools (8 rubout tools + 8 insulation tools)
Remove spikes (IPD) - Remove residual copper that remains as spikes (Insulation Problem Detector)
DRV & FI - Automatic detection of design rules violation (DRV) & forced insulation (FI) option for the problematic areas
Breakout tabs - Insertion of small interruptions of the cutout contour that allow the ready board to remain firmly attached to the main work piece
Vector text - Allows insertion of simple vector text into the design or as a separate project
Holes and pads insertion - Insertion of holes and pads

ViewNoise software

2016 - 2021

ViewNoise is our data acquisition & visualization software for Windows 7/8/10 (x64). The ViewNoise software, the microphone array and the data acquisition controller have been developed as a single system. ViewNoise software automatically updates the controller firmware. Virtually all functionalities are available both in real time and offline. In offline mode, it is possible to comment on the recording and use slow motion with a frame rate of 24000 frames per second.
ViewNoise features:
- Data acquisition & visualization (Realtime & Offline).
- Beamforming.
Displays the sound picture superimposed on the video image from the integrated camera. Dynamic range, transparency, etc. can be changed. Calculating the sound image requires a huge amount of calculation, so to unload the CPU, ViewNoise can use the available GPU. ViewNoise can use CUDA on nVidia GPUs or OpenCL on nVidia / AMD / Intel GPUs. The resolution of the beamforming picture can be selected by the operator (from 80x60 ... 640x480). In offline mode, slow motion picture are supported (up to 24000 audio frames per sec)
- Virtual directional microphone.
Allows you to hear the sound source at the cursor position (mouse).
NOTE:
It is advisable to use headphones for real-time listening!
- Sound Source Separation (Virtual HDR microphones).
The virtual directional microphone does not always give the desired results, especially when the sound/noise sources are close or have a significant difference in volume. In this case, ViewNoise has Virtual HDR microphones. They are positioned by the operator at the positions of the sound / noise sources. ViewNoise separates in real time the sources on which virtual HDR microphones are available, as the sound / noise has a much better SNR than a regular directional microphone.
The maximum number of virtual HDR microphones is 63 (with a 64 microphone array).
- Acoustic eraser
Allows you to suppress the sound source in a certain direction in real time. Up to 64 sources can be suppressed (operated by the operator)
- Video Editing
ViewNoise has video editing and comments functionality.
- Video Export
VideNoise can export video clips in h264 or h265 video formats. It support hardware GPU acceleration available in nVidia, AMD or Intel GPUs

PH2004 Communication System for Windows

PH2004 is Client/Server Communication System. The PH2004 server is a service (w/o GUI). The PH2004 Client is the GUI for the system. There is no limit for the users.
It support:
- up to 8 telex lines (PH200 Telex Boxes)
- up to 8 Fax Line (V.27, V.29, V.17, V.34, V.34bis)
- POP3/SMTP emails (unlimited mailboxes)
- Mail Server
- up to 4 SMS servers

PH200 Computer Telex System

1995 - 2011

PH200 is telex box with dedicated memory (60kB) and backup battery (up to 24h). The supported interfaces are:
- SCVF (Single Channel Voice Frequency) V.21 interface: full duplex modem interface requiring a two wire connection. The modem chip is connected to the telex network through a simple line transformer (complying with the E.U. Low Voltage Directive) with an impedance of 600:600 ohm.
- PH200-SC: Single Current Loop Interface: Simplex, two wire, polarity single current loop circuit.

Gunshot Localization System Software

2010 - 2010

Terasonic is a software (server) for gunshot detection and localization. It receives events from microphone stations (equipped with GPS & GSM modules) located on the protected terrain via TCP-IP. The system calculates the possible location of the hunter with accuracy up to 10m performing 2D or 3D localization.

XVision X-Ray Baggage Scanner System

2004 - 2005

XVision is a software for baggage scanner using dual energy method for material detection. It can detect explosives using the calculation of Zeff (Effective Atomic Number). The data acuisition controller has 2 channels 16bit@1MHz ADC. The sensor board (2x8 pcs) contains 64 channels with photodiodes with installed Cs(Tl) scintilators. The image has 512 lines. The software controls the conveyer and has a lot of image processing functions.
